RETURN, REFUND, and REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR SHOP ORDERS
Shop products are available for a full product cost refund (less shipping fees) within 30 days of order. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and product must be received in the condition it was sent.
If you'd like to return a shop product, please contact us at info@popcouturekc.com.
If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. When returning product(s), it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the product(s) are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label.
If a shop order was not received, the customer must contact POPCOUTURE within 30 days of the tracking number being generated in order to investigate further.
